Return Policy:

Perverted Panda does not offer refunds on custom items. Custom items that are found to be faulty due to inaccurate measurements given by the costumer will not be altered at Perverted Panda's expense, if the faulty piece can be altered it will be at the customers expense. Custom items found faulty due to workmanship of Perverted Panda will be altered or replaced at no expense to the customer. In the event of a faulty pre-made item, the customer may receive store credit or a complete refund. All claims on items must be made within one week of receiving the item to be valid. There will be no returns on worn items.

Shipping

Most all items are made to order. You can expect your order, in most circumstances to be ready in 4-8 weeks. If you are in need of a rush order, you should contact me before ordering.

Approximate standard ground shipping costs of corsets in the continental USA is $10, Cananda is $25, UK is $55. Email me for more shipping prices.

Perverted Panda accepts no reponsibility for parcels sent to PO Boxes or an address other than the cardholders.

Perverted Panda accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal. Money orders and checks are also accpeted, but not recommended as Perverted Panda accpets no liability for lost mail payments. All prices listed are in USD.
